Durkan   asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of reports of child abuse including child sexual abuse brought to the attention of her Department or its predecessor with responsibility in the area in each of the past four years to date in 2012; the extent to which a rapid response was available and remains available in such instances; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
