Deputy Regina Doherty   asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the number of laptops in use in his Department; the number of tablets in use in his Department; the number of the laptops in use that are due to be upgraded this year; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources (Deputy Pat Rabbitte): I am informed by the Information Systems Division of my Department that there are 105 laptops in use. The Division does not have any upgrade plans for 2012. This Department does not have any tablets in use.
