Deputy Jack Wall   asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare is in receipt of the proper tax allowances; if the person is or was entitled to any tax credits; if the person is entitled to any tax rebate; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Finance (Deputy Michael Noonan): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that based on the information available the taxpayer currently has the tax credits to which she is entitled. As a new certificate of tax credits issued on the 4th February 2012 she will receive a refund, through her payroll, of any tax overpaid in 2012 to that date. Her liability for 2011 will be reviewed and any refund due will issue shortly.
