Deputy John Deasy   asked the Minister for Health the treatments that have been put in place for psychiatric patients from St. Otteran’s Hospital in Waterford who are being moved to nursing home accommodation; if he is concerned that no proper facilities are being put in place for the patients; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
