 162.  Deputy Michelle Mulherin Information on Michelle Mulherin Zoom on Michelle Mulherin  asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government Information on Philip Hogan Zoom on Philip Hogan  the status and details of the planning enforcement proceedings or any other legal action which has been instituted by Mayo County Council or Ballina Town Council against the developer of a housing estate (details supplied) in County Mayo together with details of all reports prepared by the councils or at its request pertaining to outstanding planning matters including sanitary and road problems affecting this estate. Under section 30 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, I am specifically precluded from exercising any power or control in relation to any particular case with which a planning authority or An Bord Pleanála is or may be concerned, including cases of planning enforcement.
