Ms Shortall   asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the procedures for the inclusion of new offences and new local authority by-laws on the Garda pulse system; the number of such offences or by-laws that have not yet been included; the reason for the delay; and if he will ensure that the pulse system is brought up to date as a matter of urgency.
