 425. Mr. McGuinness Information on John McGuinness Zoom on John McGuinness  asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government Information on Martin Cullen Zoom on Martin Cullen  the amounts of funding allocated to Kilkenny County Council and Kilkenny Borough Council under the headings of roads, housing, sanitary and so on in each of the years from 1997 to date in 2002; the percentage increase in each year; and the projects that were granted once-off grants.
