184. Mr. Deenihan   asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Kerry received under distribution of milk quota under the Agenda 2000 proposals; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24686/02]
[1039]Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh): Work on the allocation of the balance of the Agenda 2000 milk quota to certain categories of small and medium scale milk producers has now been completed and all applicants are being notified of the outcome in their own cases. An allocation has been made in the case of the person named and a notification to that effect has been sent to him. Allocations made under this scheme may be used to cover milk delivered during the current quota year.
