468. Mr. O'Dowd   asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if there will be a decrease in the annual capital allocation to Drogheda Corporation by his Department in view of the proposed cutbacks in the Estimates; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23666/02]
Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Cullen): Allocations to local authorities in respect of capital programmes funded through my Department's Vote have yet to be made. It is not yet possible to say what level of funding will be allocated to individual local authorities under the different programmes.
