[307] As Minister, I have no official responsibility to the Dáil in relation to operational matters with regard to the courts service which is, of course, independent in the performance of its functions. I have, however, in this instance, for the sake of completeness, sought relevant information from the service. In this regard, I am advised that the service has a total of 213 car parking spaces in the area referred to. It is also understood that there are a number of spaces in the Four Courts complex allocated to the Land Registry and the Law Library.
