 295. Mr. S. Ryan    asked the Minister for Education and Science    when he will give permanent recognition to Swords Educate Together national school, Swords, County Dublin; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23804/02]

Minister for Education and Science (Mr. N. Dempsey):   Swords Educate Together national school has been granted permanent recognition with effect from September 2002. A letter to this effect issued to the board of management of the school on 21 November 2002.
