Minister for Education and Science (Mr. N. Dempsey): Information on Noel Dempsey Zoom on Noel Dempsey To be eligible under the special rates of maintenance grants scheme for the 2002-03 academic year, the total reckonable income limit in the short tax year to 31 December 2001 must not exceed €9,190 – net of standard exclusions, as set out in the maintenance grants schemes 2002 and, where applicable, net of child dependant allowance. The other terms and conditions of the scheme must also be met.
