 133. Mr. Rabbitte Information on Pat Rabbitte Zoom on Pat Rabbitte  asked the Minister for Transport Information on Seamus Brennan Zoom on Seamus Brennan  the main findings of the report of the Taxi Hardship Panel; if it is intended to publish the report; if he intends to implement the recommendations made in the report; if money has been allocated for this purpose in his Department's Estimates for 2003; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan): Information on Seamus Brennan Zoom on Seamus Brennan As stated in an Agreed Programme for Government, the Government is committed to the implementation of the recommendations of the Taxi Hardship Panel. I have received the report of the Taxi Hardship Panel and have submitted it to the Government for consideration of a range of issues relating to implementation of the panel recommendations. When the Government has completed consideration of the report, it is my intention to publish it.
