Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan): Information on Seamus Brennan Zoom on Seamus Brennan I propose to take Questions Nos. 86, 105, 126, 132, 140, 142 and 145 together.

As the Deputies are aware from my reply to Question No. 82 on 16 October last, it is expected that all the projects in the rail, road and aviation sectors funded under the national development plan will be completed. Some projects may run beyond the time limit of the plan but it is not possible to identify them at this stage as completion of the NDP programme will be dependent on funding levels and the prevailing budgetary and economic situation over the coming years. A review of the NDP will be undertaken next year.

The 2003 Estimates for my Department show the significant investment being made in the provision of transport infrastructure and clearly demonstrates the Government's strong ongoing commitment to the NDP programme and to maintaining a high level of investment in infrastructural projects.

I refer the Deputies to my reply to Question No. 383 on 19 November last, where I dealt in detail with the original and revised costs of the NDP programme.
