189. Mr. R. Bruton   asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the revenue from charges related to public services which his Department approves to be raised by agencies under his aegis, which are not included in appropriations in aid for 2000, 2001 and 2002. [18733/02]
