221. Mr. Shatter   asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his plans for the provision of a new Garda station to replace the existing Dundrum Garda station; the proposed location of such a new station; and the progress made to date. [10603/02]
Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): It is intended to build a new Garda station in Dundrum. As a first, necessary, step the Office of Public Works is currently endeavouring to secure a suitable site in the area for development. Once the site has been secured, construction of the new station will progress without undue delay.
