Mr. Perry   asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if an inspection can be carried out on the property of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo in order that this person's certificate of compliance can be issued to ensure this person can commence work under the rural renewal scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Molloy): An application for a certificate of compliance was received on 8 March 2002 and an inspection with a view to issuing the certificate, if in order, will be carried out as soon as possible.
