 166. Mr. Wall Information on Jack Wall Zoom on Jack Wall  asked the Minister for Health and Children Information on Micheál Martin Zoom on Micheál Martin  the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kildare was not facilitated by his Department in a freedom of information request (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): Information on Micheál Martin Zoom on Micheál Martin A decision under the Freedom of Information Act was communicated to the applicant by the Department and the Act provides for a right of review where an applicant is not satisfied with the decision. Any such request for review is required [857] to be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act. No such request for a review of the decision has been received in this case.
