 222. Mr. McGuinness    asked the Minister for Education and Science    if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 451 of 9 October 2001 and Department correspondence of 21 November 2001, he will re-examine the case of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow. [3767/02]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):   My Department is currently re-examining the position regarding transport for the pupil concerned. The Deputy will be advised of the position as soon as possible.
