191. Mr. Spring   asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will consider the reorganisation of the Garda Siochana Divisions in County Kerry to have Castleisland included in the Tralee area. [3849/02]
Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): As the Deputy will appreciate, the day-to-day management and control of the force, including proposals for revising district boundaries, are matters, in the first instance, for the Garda authorities. In this regard, I have been informed by the Garda authorities that they are currently carrying out a review of sub-district, district and divisional boundaries.
