142. Mr. Wall   asked the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding an application for a cataract operation at Waterford Regional Hospital by a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3815/02]
Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): Responsibility for the provision of services in this case rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer at the board to investigate the matter raised and reply to the Deputy directly.
