 113. Mr. Perry Information on John Perry Zoom on John Perry  asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development Information on Joe Walsh Zoom on Joe Walsh  if his attention has been drawn to the agreement in relation to the Land Commission and a purchaser for sale of a right of turbary dated 17 August 1940; if the entitlement under this agreement remains in place; if the new owner (details supplied) in County Sligo is permitted to put sheep in this cutaway; if this person is permitted to sell his turbary rights or give permission to somebody to cut turf in 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): Information on Joe Walsh Zoom on Joe Walsh The fee simple of the plots the subject of the question, were sold in 2000 to a third party. The rights of the fee simple owner and the turbary right owner are a matter for the persons concerned.
