Mr. Stagg   asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she has had discussions, representations, correspondence or meetings with companies (details supplied) or agents or lobbyists acting on their behalf since taking office; if so, the nature of these contacts; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Ms Harney): I have not had any contact with the companies mentioned, or with any person acting on their behalf, since taking up office. My special adviser met last year with the managing director of Eirtricity and an executive from Enron Wind's European subsidiary in relation to the proposal to develop a wind farm at the Arklow Banks.
