 193. Mr. Gregory    asked the Minister for Justice    if she will review the decision to refuse a person (details supplied) in Morocco a holiday visa to visit his brother's family in Dublin. [17844/96]

Minister for Justice (Mrs. Owen):   I have had this visa application re-examined and I am pleased to inform the Deputy that I have decided to grant a visa in this case.
