191. Mr. E. Byrne   asked the Minister for Justice if the bench warrant for the arrest of persons (details supplied) in Dublin 12 has been executed in view of her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 491 of 25 September 1996; if not, the reason therefore; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [17824/96]
Minister for Justice (Mrs. Owen): I have been in contact with the Garda authorities and they tell me that the warrant for the arrest of the person concerned has not yet been executed. They assure me that the matter is receiving appropriate attention.
