 187. Mr. Power    asked the Minister for Justice    if her Department will approve the purchase of the old cattle breeding station in Castledermot, County Kildare, with a view to moving the Garda station to this site; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [17712/96]

Minister for Justice (Mrs. Owen):   The Office of Public Works has been requested to examine this building and to report as to its suitability for use as a Garda station.
