163. Mr. Ring   asked the Minister for Education the number of full-time students who have taken up a course in the regional technical college in Castlebar, County Mayo; and the number of part-time students who are attending the regional technical college in Castlebar, County Mayo. [17830/96]
Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): The numbers of full-time students and part-time students who have registered for courses in the Castlebar Campus of Galway Regional Technical College in the academic year 1996-97 are as follows: Full-time students, 352 and part-time students 175.
A further 90 part-time students are expected to register for part-time courses which will start in January 1997.
