Ahern   asked the Minister for the Environment the current position regarding an application by Dundalk Urban District Council for the refurbishment of Ashling Park, Dundalk, County Louth; if he will give details of the exact information requested from his Department to the Council; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister of State at the Department of the Environment (Ms McManus): The council has been asked to submit updated costings for the proposed remedial works, including details of the works proposed to tenant purchase houses in the estate.
