Fitzgerald   asked the Minister for Health his views on the decision by the board of St. Joseph's Private Hospital, Springdale Road, Raheny, Dublin 5, to dispose of the hospital to a foreign company in view of the enormous contribution made by St. Joseph's to hospital and step-down care services in Raheny and the northside of the city; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Health (Mr. Noonan,: Limerick East): I understand that the hospital referred to by the Deputy is a private hospital and, consequently, I do not have any function in this matter.
