To date the Irish Red Cross Society has paid out a total of some £211,650 to flood victims in south Tipperary from the humanitarian aid fund [1514] of £265,000. A small number of applications which require to be further examined by the Society remain to be paid under this fund.

EU humanitarian aid funding, for which application has been made, will also be disbursed through the Irish Red Cross Society.

As applications for humanitarian aid are made on a strictly confidential basis between the applicants and the Irish Red Cross Society it is not possible to give names and details of individual payments.
