Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Spring): Information on Dick Spring Zoom on Dick Spring The range of privileges and immunities enjoyed by embassy and diplomatic staff are set out in the Diplomatic Relations and Immunities Act, 1967. A copy of the Act is available at the Library of the Houses of the Oireachtas.
