Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin): Information on Brendan Howlin Zoom on Brendan Howlin A preliminary report detailing their proposals to alleviate flooding at Turner's Cross has been submitted to my Department by Cork Corporation and is currently under consideration. Having regard to the existing level of commitments under the water and sewerage programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to advance the proposals.
