 106. Mr. Browne (Wexford)    asked the Minister for the Environment    if he will have arrangements made to allow a person (details supplied) in County Wexford to do his driving test by Friday, 14 June 1996, in view of the fact that he has secured a permanent job in France subject to him having a full driving licence. Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin):   A test appointment for 3.15 p.m. on Thursday 13 June was notified to this applicant on 6 June.
