Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht (Mr. M. Higgins): Information on Michael D. Higgins Zoom on Michael D. Higgins I refer the [1864] Deputy to previous responses to questions on this matter, in particular Question No. 24 of 25 October 1995 — columns 1678 and 1679 of the Official Report for that day refer — and Question No. 39 of 25 January 1996 — columns 1372 and 1373 of the Official Report for that day refer. I have received some 130 responses to the Green Paper on the future of broadcasting. I hope to be in a position to bring my proposals for fresh legislation to Government during the course of the year.
