Higgins  the amount of money allocated to date under the EU peace initiative fund; the projects that have benefited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11903/96]

Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht (Mr. M. Higgins): Information on Michael D. Higgins Zoom on Michael D. Higgins I refer the Deputy to my reply to his Parliamentary Question No. 146 of 21 May 1996 where I explained that the allocation of funds under the EU Special Support Programme for Peace and Reconciliation was a matter for Co-operation North which is acting as the intermediary funding body in association with CBI (NI) and IBEC for Sub-Programme 3 Measure 1: Cross-Border Development.
