Minister for Health (Mr. Noonan,: Information on Michael Noonan Zoom on Michael Noonan Limerick East): Arrangements are in train between my Department and the Office of the Chief State Solicitor for the sale on the open market of approximately seven acres of lands at Cabra in the ownership of my Department. It is hoped that this sale will proceed in the near future but it is not possible to give an exact date for the disposal as legal technicalities in relation to the title are still in the process of being resolved. My Department is in communication with the Office of Public Works concerning the securing of the site.
