 123. Mr. Creed    asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry    whether a person (details supplied) in County Cork has applied to the Milk Quota Tribunal for additional quota; and the current position regarding this application. [4587/96]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates):   There is no record in my Department of an application to the milk quota appeals tribunal by the person named. I have arranged for an application form to be issued in this case.
