Smith   asked the Minister for Education the total financial provision for the Department of Education for each of the years from 1987 to 1995; the percentage increase or decrease each year's allocation represents vis-à-vis the previous year's allocation; the total allocation for youth services on a yearly basis for this period; and the percentage of the total estimate the youth services provision represents each year.
