 67. Mr. Gregory Information on Tony Gregory Zoom on Tony Gregory  asked the Minister for the Environment Information on Brendan Howlin Zoom on Brendan Howlin  the funding, if any, that is available to local authorities within their budget for major road improvement schemes to provide double glazing for roadside homes where a significant increase in traffic volumes with increased noise and air pollution levels will result. [4661/96]
