Mr. McLaughlin: Information on Joseph McLoughlin Zoom on Joseph McLoughlin asked the Minister for Finance if it is the duty of the [1377] Office of Public Works to carry out drainage work on the river in the townland of Derrybrish, Dromahair, County Leitrim, which is a danger to the lives of both people and livestock during the winter months, and, if not, whose duty it is.
