Mr. Spring: Information on Daniel Spring Zoom on Daniel Spring asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that there were nearly 40 applicants for eight houses erected in Castleisland, County Kerry nearly two years ago; and that the county medical officer reported that all the applicants are in need of rehousing; and, if so, if he will state the present position of the proposal submitted to his Department to erect another scheme of houses in this town.

Mr. Blaney: Information on Neil T.C. Blaney Zoom on Neil T.C. Blaney I am so aware. I understand that final contract documents for a further scheme of 30 houses have been completed and that the council hope to be in a position to go to tender in the near future.
