Mr. Spring:   asked the Minister for Finance if he will state, further to his correspondence with Kerry County Council regarding proposals for coast protection schemes at 18 locations in County Kerry, when he expects examination of these proposals to be carried out; and when he expects that any of this coast protection work will be carried out.
Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance (Mr. J. Gibbons): It is not possible to say when the examination of all the proposals from County Kerry will be carried out. The examination of the Waterville case, placed first [527] in priority by the county council, is being made. At this stage I cannot say when works will be done.
