An Leas-Chathaoirleach:   I have received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter: The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade to make a statement on the Government's policy of allowing foreign armies to use Shannon Airport, a civilian airport, for stopovers while on their way to wage war and also aeroplanes suspected of being involved in extraordinary rendition.
