Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin): Information on Brendan Howlin Zoom on Brendan Howlin Proposals to apply on-the-spot fines to speeding offences are currently being finalised by my Department, in consultation with the Department of Justice and the Garda. I will make the appropriate regulations this month.
