Mr. Sweetman:   asked the Minister for Justice if it is proposed to amend the Land Registration Rules, 1959 prior to the coming into operation of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 on the 1st January, 1967.

Minister for Justice (Mr. B. Lenihan):   New Land Registration Rules under section 126 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, will be brought into force on the same date as the Act.
